On August 27, at the Yeomin Room of KIHASA, Kang Hye-Kyu, acting president of KIHASA, representing management, and Dr. Lee Won-jin, union branch head representing the employees, met to review and confirm the details of a new labor-management agreement, including the introduction of a retirement pension system. The agreement was then formally signed by both parties.
