On May 14, KIHASA participated in the 2024 Public Employers' Joint Job Fair for Chungcheong Local Talents held at the Special Convention Hall of the Government Sejong Convention Center, hosted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport and organized by Sejong Special Autonomous City, Daejeon Metropolitan City, Chungcheongnam-do Province, and Chungcheongbuk-do Province. The fair featured job information booths from 54 government agencies and government-owned companies, including KIHASA, located in Sejong City, Daejeon, Chungnam Province, and Chungbuk Province.

The "Mandatory Local Talent Recruitment" provision of the Innovative City Act requires that public institutions and agencies that relocate from the capital region to a non-capital area hire a certain percentage of their employees from graduates of local universities and high schools.
