본 연구는 다양한 사회단체 참여와 나눔 활동이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향에 있어, 신뢰가 이들 간에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 ‘2010년 서울시 복지패널 부가조사’의 가구원용 데이터를 사용하였으며, SPSS 19.0을 이용하여 이들 변수 간의 영향관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 우리사회의 비공식적·공식적 사회참여는 상당히 낮은 활동수준을 나타냈다. 둘째, 건강과 소득은 생활만족도에 가장 높은 영향력이 있음을 확인하였다. 셋째, 개인의 생활만족도를 높여주는 변인으로서 신뢰가 사회단체 참여와 생활만족도 간을 매개하는 것을 확인하였다. 하지만 신뢰는 나눔 활동과 생활만족도 간을 매개하지 않는다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 비공식적·공식적 사회참여가 낮은 상황에서, 다양한 단체에 대한 신뢰가 사회단체 참여와 생활만족도 간을 매개하여 생활만족도를 높여주는 변인임을 밝혔다는 데에 의의가 있다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 우리사회에 살고 있는 개인들의 사회단체 참여를 확대하고, 다양한 비공식적·공식적 단체에 대한 신뢰 향상을 통해 개인의 생활만족도를 높일 수 있도록 하는 몇 가지 실천적·정책적 방안을 제언하였다.;The objective of this study was to verify the mediating effect of trust regarding a social group on the relationship among social group participation, experience of giving and volunteering activity and life satisfaction. To achieve the goal, ‘2010 Seoul Welfare Panel Survey Data’ was utilized for analysis. SPSS were applied in technical statistics, and the Regression Analysis was performed. The results of the study were as follows: (1) our society’s non-official·official social group participation demonstrated a considerably low action level (2) health and income had the greatest influence on life satisfaction (3) when social group participation is low, social satisfaction and life satisfaction were positively mediated by trust. However, trust did not mediate the experience of giving and volunteering and life satisfaction. The confirmation that trust is an excreted that raises life satisfaction as a mediator between social group participation and life satisfaction is very significant. Based on these findings, I propose some political and practical plans to improve life satisfaction through social group participation and trust elevations.
본 연구는 앤더슨의 의료서비스 이용모델을 바탕으로 기존 연구에서 검증된 주요 결정요인인 선행요인, 가능요인, 욕구요인이 스트레스 취약요인을 매개하여 외래의료서비스 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 검증을 실시하였다. 분석자료는 2009년 한국의료패널의 본 조사와 부가조사에서 응답한 60세 이상 노인 3,696명을 대상으로 하였으며, 구조모형과 매개효과 분석은 구조방정식모형을 사용하였고, 개인요인과 지역요인의 영향에 대한 검증은 다층모형을 사용하였다. 주요분석 결과 개인요인인 문제음주, 스트레스, 소득수준, 장애유무가 노인의 외래의료서비스 이용에 유의한 영향을 주며, 스트레스나 우울이 있을 때 외래의료서비스 이용에 영향을 더 많이 주는 것으로 나타났다. 스트레스 취약요인의 매개효과 검증에서 전기노인은 우울을 매개하였고 후기노인은 스트레스를 매개하여 외래의료서비스 이용에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고, 지역요인인 병의원 수나 노인장기요양시설 수가 많을수록 외래의료서비스 이용이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 노인의 신체적 질병, 배우자의 죽음, 경제상태의 악화, 사회와 가족으로 부터의 고립, 일상생활에 대한 자기통제 불가능 등으로 인한 스트레스를 해소할 수 있는 국가차원의 상담프로그램의 도입과 보건의료 접근성이 취약한 노인계층을 위하여 의료시설의 지역 간 균형적인 공급이 필요할 것으로 본다.;This study has verified the factors affecting the use of outpatient medical services by the elderly, using the main determinants of Andersen, which are predisposing factors, enabling factors, need factors and stress-vulnerability factors. For data analysis, a total of 3,696 aged people (60 or older) who participated in the main and additional surveys of Korea Health Panel 2009 were examined. In addition, Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) has been used to analyze structure model and mediator effects. To verify the effect of regional factors, Hierarchical Linear Model(HLM) has been used. The findings of this study are as follows: Stress or depression has a significant effect on the use of outpatient medical services by the elderly. The mediating factors of stress-vulnerability is significantly related the use of outpatient medical service by two different mediating factors within two groups; Elderly who are between 60 and 74 mediates stress and elderly who are over 75 mediates stress. The frequency of the use of outpatient medical services increased as the number of local medical clinics and long-term care service facilities increased. Therefore, it is necessary to come up with a government-led stress consultation program which can handle elderly stress caused by physical disease, spouse’s death, unfavorable economic conditions, isolation from society and family and inability to control daily routine activities and to provide community-based medical facilities for the aged who have poor accessibility to medical services.
