When expanding telemedicine in Korea, we would like to propose that secondary visits be the principle, but with regard to the scope where first visits are possible, exceptional circumstances should be noted and added based on the judgment of the medical staff, and whether or not it is possible should be decided based on the doctor's judgment.
Looking at each issue of telemedicine, regarding drug delivery, considerations include adding identity verification procedures when delivering drugs through telemedicine, ensuring stability in the drug delivery and delivery process, and preventing violations of contraindications for taking medication that occur due to prescription errors, etc. Regarding telemedicine platforms, it is necessary to present management/supervision activity plans of relevant departments and reporting/sanctions/penalties in case of violations so that platform stakeholders are aware of maintaining order in the health care market and complying with health care laws and regulations.

This study aims to examine the recent debate on child allowance and identify ways to improve it in response to low fertility in Korea. Specifically, this study examines the purpose of the child allowance, constructs a scenario that reflects the appropriate amount of support and the target population, conducts financial estimations, and suggests ways to improve the policy.
The results of this study suggests the future child allowance should move in the direction of expanding the target and amount of the child allowance, with the ultimate goal of responding to Korea's low fertility rate.
